Continuity Mod 1.21.9
No Continuity build lists Minecraft 1.21.9. Version 1.21.10 arrived shortly after as a hotfix, so the simplest fix is to update your game to 1.21.10 and install the 1.21.10 build.
Continuity mod dependencies
- Fabric API — required on Fabric and Quilt.
- Sinytra Connector + Forgified Fabric API — required by the Forge and NeoForge builds.
- Indium — only if an older Sodium version asks for it at launch.
- Resource packs — optional; Default Connected Textures is built in.
Continuity mod Forge
Continuity is a Fabric mod first. Two Forge-side builds exist: Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1. Both run through Sinytra Connector, so install Connector and Forgified Fabric API alongside them. For other versions, use Fabric.
Continuity mod Bedrock & MCPE
Bedrock Edition and Minecraft PE can't load Java mods, and there is no official Bedrock port of Continuity. To get a similar look on Bedrock, search for connected-glass resource packs made for Bedrock — they're different projects by other creators.
Continuity Mod MCPEDL
MCPEDL hosts Bedrock add-ons. Anything listed there as “Continuity” is not the Java mod by Pepper_Bell. Read the creator's notes, check comments, and only install files you trust.
Tip: remove OptiFine before installing Continuity. They do the same job and will conflict.
Troubleshooting
- Game won't start: make sure Fabric API is installed and matches your Minecraft version.
- Glass still has frames: enable “Default Connected Textures” in Resource Packs.
- Pack not connecting: confirm the pack uses OptiFine's CTM format and sits above the default pack.
- Crash on Forge: check that Connector and Forgified Fabric API are both present and up to date.
